  I've worked with Doug about ten times now and after working with many other masseuses (sp?) I chosen him for many reasons. He listens to what I want and need, and follows through on that.
  My focus is on improving my posture and because he's trained in many disciplines he can approach my body's challenges using a number of techniques. He explains what he's doing when I want to know and most important, he's strong. I am not looking for relaxation, but physical improvement, and I've seen benefit to his methods of shifting my body into better posture. I highly recommend him.
  
  At BodyWise I've also worked twice with Cindy Taylor, who is also exceptional.
