My wife and I spent about a year working with John and his staff. We participated in the TRX classes and also took personal training from Jeff. All the staff at the gym had vast training experience and were vested in helping us achieve the outcomes we were looking for. The experience was much more personal and rewarding than the larger gyms.

Our personal trainer was Jeff who, despite his misguided football fandom and obsession with tall socks is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. From creating personalized routines to monitoring and correcting our form, Jeff was the best coach I have had to date and though we have moved away, we still use the programs and workouts that Jeff created for us.
